CareBoard

Pre-orders. When you reserve a CareBoard, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide when your CareBoard ships. If that charge fails, we'll email you to update your payment method. If it isn't updated within 7 days, we may cancel the reservation. We'll notify you of the ship date before charging, and you may cancel any time before shipment at no cost.

Software and service. CareBoard works with the free ParentCareHQ app. Messages, photos, the daily check-in, one-tap replies, the clock, and night mode are included with every board and do not require a subscription. Medication reminders and automatic appointment posts require an optional ParentCareHQ subscription, which is governed by the ParentCareHQ Terms of Service at https://parentcarehq.com/terms. We may update CareBoard's software from time to time to improve it or keep it secure.

Not a medical device. CareBoard is a communication display. It is not a medical device, an emergency response system, or a substitute for professional care, and it should not be relied on to contact emergency services.

Seller. CareBoard is sold by Snowpack Ventures LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
